Who you are

• 8-10 years of experience in engineering operations.
• University degree in engineering; electrical mechanical or civil preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams demonstrating strong followership.
• Continuously improve and promote change across teams driving large scale initiatives.
• Broad understanding of IFM commercial structures and implications for operational delivery.
• Experience in Engineering Delivery commercial implications risk and change management.

What the job involves

• Support IFM transitions for new accounts expansions or renewals utilizing Corporate Solutions standard processes and best practices.
• Evaluate client needs for implementation of Engineering solutions and prepare strategic action plans.
• Monitor and escalate project status and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and onboarding to account teams utilizing a global engineering onboarding process.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in several interrelated workstreams including business solutioning transition management and operational management.
• Ensure a zero-tolerance stance on unsafe working practices targeting a zero-accident rate.
