Remote Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Job in Tacoma, WA MultiCare Health System

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance
• Master’s degree Business or Healthcare Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance preferred
• Minimum five (5) years experience in finance and/or financial analysis strongly preferred in a healthcare setting
• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

What the job involves

• The Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for managing highly complex and critical financial planning work-streams, processes and analyses to meet organizational goals and timelines in collaboration with top leadership across the system.
• The Manager coordinates and manages MultiCare’s long range planning, rolling forecasting and other related financial planning processes and deliverables; provides strategic guidance and project management; develops and/or improves processes, policies and procedures and assists in the development and preparation of presentations and reports.
• Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
