Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • 5+ years combined public accounting and/or industry experience with financial reporting involvement
  • Strong technical accounting research and analytical skills
  • Ability to apply U.S. GAAP to complex transactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of SOX compliance and ICFR
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and SEC reporting tools such as Workiva
  • Advanced Excel capabilities

Nice to have

  • CPA license
  • Big Four experience
  • National firm experience

Day to day

  • Prepare and support timely financial report filings and related disclosures
  • Research complex technical accounting issues and draft accounting memoranda in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Support external audits quarterly and annual close activities and internal control documentation
