Who you are

• Eight years of experience in direct customer-facing support
• Three years of experience as a manager or leader in technical support
• Build and develop high functioning support teams
• Defuse situations where partners/customers may be dissatisfied
• Manage accountability and maintain quality standards
• Identify work that needs to be done and delegate or perform tasks
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting concepts and cloud technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments and vendors to meet goals

Desirables

• Strong communication skills
• Certification in Microsoft products

What the job involves

• Oversee Technical Support teams in both daily operations and execution of longer-term initiatives
• Elevate team members and guidance and development to meet goals
• Mentor team leads and ensure team performs at highest level
• Work with vendors during onboarding process and ongoing relationships
• Act as major point in partner vendor and internal escalations
• Work with leadership to develop optimize and document support processes
