Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Life Sciences Public Health or related field
- 5+ years in business operations outsourcing strategic sourcing financial management or project management in pharma biotechnology or life sciences
- Direct experience in pharmacovigilance operations drug safety or related regulated function
- Experience negotiating outsourcing or service agreements with measurable value delivered
- Strong financial acumen including budget ownership unit cost analysis forecasting variance analysis and business case development
- Experience in contract management including drafting reviewing and tracking vendor agreements SOWs and change orders

- Global PV regulation knowledge
- Vendor governance experience
- Safety database familiarity
- Inspection support experience
Day to day
- Lead business operations and financial management for DSPV vendor partnerships and outsourced pharmacovigilance activity.
- Shape outsourcing strategy by assessing make-or-buy options and choosing the right service model for each activity.
- Negotiate rates service levels and contract terms with vendors while coordinating closely with Procurement Legal Finance and other internal teams.
- Own budgeting forecasting variance analysis accruals and spend modeling to improve efficiency and fund innovation in pharmacovigilance.
- Manage vendor contract lifecycles competitive sourcing and workforce planning to ensure compliant reliable and cost-effective operations.
