  • Bachelor’s in Finance Accounting or equivalent education and experience
  • Demonstrated management experience managing a team of 3 plus preferably in project analysis
  • Extensive relevant finance management or accounting experience project accounting/analysis a plus
  • Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is desirable

Day to day

  • Manage a team of project financial analysts to provide financial and analytical support to the Department Heads and Project Management through performance reporting and financial analysis
  • Serve as the liaison between Ergomed’s functional groups and Finance
  • Make recommendations for process and profit improvement
