Who you are
- Bachelor’s in Finance Accounting or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated management experience managing a team of 3 plus preferably in project analysis
- Extensive relevant finance management or accounting experience project accounting/analysis a plus
- Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is desirable

What the job involves
- Manage a team of project financial analysts to provide financial and analytical support to the Department Heads and Project Management through performance reporting and financial analysis
- Serve as the liaison between Ergomed’s functional groups and Finance
- Make recommendations for process and profit improvement
