    What the job involves

    • Design and deliver effective sales training programs to educate commercial users and develop individual commercial competencies
    • Create engaging training materials such as e-learning modules presentations and video tutorials
    • Implement and monitor programs aimed at improving sales skills and coaching for increased productivity
    • Conduct ongoing training sessions for regional training leads and maintain user documentation and resources
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication on sales methodologies
    • Analyze and report on sales competency levels and identify areas for improvement
    • Drive the quality of sales excellence projects through effective design and implementation in the commercial organization
