Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations preferably in a fast-paced scaling SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Salesforce and BI tools
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to drive adoption of AI or automation tools
- Ability to manage both strategic projects and day-to-day tactical requests
- Collaborative mindset with high autonomy and team-first approach
- Curiosity for AI and innovation using LLM tools to improve workflows

Day to day
- Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to shape forecasting performance analysis and regional GTM planning.
- Act as a trusted leadership proxy in cross-functional and global forums representing regional priorities and execution needs.
- Own regional sales processes end to end including territory planning demand generation tracking pipeline management and QBRs.
- Drive adoption of AI automation tools and improve workflows to increase sales velocity efficiency and process scalability.
- Analyze Salesforce and BI data to deliver practical insights on growth pipeline health and market coverage.
