Requirements

Day to day
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Operations Support Specialists supporting Account Executives with client-facing quotes booking orders and post-sales requests.
- Distribute and prioritize incoming service requests monitor aging items and escalate issues to protect SLA compliance and smooth business operations.
- Coordinate month-end booking activities resolve escalations and drive process improvements that increase efficiency productivity and customer satisfaction.
