Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven success leading sales teams and exceeding quota
- Expertise in sales coaching pipeline management contract negotiation revenue forecasting and territory management
- Ability to drive accountability and performance in a results-driven sales organization
- Experience recruiting developing and retaining top sales talent
- Strong operational discipline using CRM platforms sales analytics and forecasting tools
- Excellent communication presentation and executive relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to foster accountability operational discipline and consistent execution

Day to day
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Small Business Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
- Drive achievement of SMB revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets
- Develop and pilot outbound prospecting strategies and refine territory, segmentation, and lead management approaches to improve sales productivity and market penetration
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize lead flow, reporting, forecasting, coaching, and overall sales performance
