What the job involves

• Lead and manage a high performing Solution Engineering team to achieve goals and targets
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to influence and gain acceptance from customers
• Develop and improve sales methodology and processes, tailored product presentations, and demonstrations
• Assess training needs and implement programs to enhance sales, product, and technology skills
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors on account planning, strategy, and sales activities
• Provide valuable input to field sales, product management, and marketing functions
• Manage relationships with product teams and key decision makers internally and externally
