Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience as a Solution Engineering Manager
- Required experience with SaaS products in a technical pre-sales capacity
- Preferred experience with CMS DXP or web/content management platforms
- Preferred background as an individual-contributor Solution Engineer Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing role
- Preferred familiarity with modern web development concepts including APIs JavaScript frameworks and headless architecture
- Preferred experience selling into enterprise or mid-market buyers
- Demonstrated AI literacy with sound judgment and critical thinking

Day to day
- Lead and coach a team of Solution Engineers to deliver compelling technical demos and deep discovery conversations
- Own the technical win strategy across the sales cycle and shape solution design from first discovery to technical close
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into business value and influence the roadmap
