  • Committed to continuous learning and adept at implementing feedback.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation to work independently and achieve ambitious goals.

  • Experience in recruiting developing and managing teams.

What the job involves

  • Manage and support a team of experienced CSMs representing our highest-value customer cohort.
  • Provide strategic thought partnership to clients for their email & SMS marketing goals.
  • Lead a team accountable for building executing a strategic customer success program.
  • Utilize proactive CSM techniques to drive revenue and retention growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Product and Services teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
  • Develop deep relationships with top customer portfolios through client summits events and dinners.
  • Provide regular QBRs Annual Planning and Success Plans.
  • Facilitate customer on-sites requiring travel up to three times a month.
