What the job involves
Manage and support a team of experienced CSMs representing our highest-value customer cohort.
Provide strategic thought partnership to clients for their email & SMS marketing goals.
Lead a team accountable for building executing a strategic customer success program.
Utilize proactive CSM techniques to drive revenue and retention growth.
Collaborate with Sales Product and Services teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
Develop deep relationships with top customer portfolios through client summits events and dinners.
Provide regular QBRs Annual Planning and Success Plans.
Facilitate customer on-sites requiring travel up to three times a month.
