Requirements
- 5+ years of direct experience in the high-tech channel
- Extensive experience in a member or partner-facing role
- Proven track record of driving engagement activities and achieving performance goals
- Strong executive presence and established senior-level industry relationships
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Excellent judgment and strategic thinking with a solutions-oriented approach
- Efficient self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- CRM experience highly desired especially HubSpot

Day to day
- Serve as a highly visible external ambassador for GTIA and represent the organization at industry events and executive forums
- Build, cultivate, and activate strategic partnerships and senior-level relationships that strengthen GTIA’s global visibility and member value
- Lead the strategy, negotiation, and execution of partnership programs while collaborating across marketing, membership, and cybersecurity teams
- Design and optimize innovative affinity and member programs, track KPIs, and drive measurable growth in engagement, events, and revenue
