Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting
  • ACA and/or CPA
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a technical role in public accounting practice or industry
  • Strong US GAAP technical accounting and financial reporting skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Self-starter, proactive approach
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret accounting literature
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Blackline, and Visual Lease preferred
  • Familiarity with IFRS and UK GAAP preferred

Day to day

  • Serve as an internal expert on US GAAP accounting topics for unique or non-standard transactions
  • Interact with finance team, business, and function leaders on accounting, reporting, and controllership matters
  • Monitor and lead the implementation of new accounting guidance, assessing changes and implications for finance and non-finance stakeholders
