Who you are

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and modeling preferably transactional at an investment bank corporate development group or valuation services provider.
• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related specialized field required.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex project workstreams effectively.
• Solid communication organizational and problem-solving skills needed.

What the job involves

• Assist in the identification evaluation and execution of strategic transactions and selected divestitures.
• Guide M&A pipeline development by identifying potential targets and maintaining profiles.
• Develop detailed financial models and analyses for potential acquisitions including Discount Cash Flow and Comparative Company Analysis.
• Construct and present strategic and financial rationales to executive management and directors.
• Collaborate across multiple teams in all phases of acquisition and divestiture processes managing data rooms and arranging due diligence sessions.
