Who you are

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field
• Must graduate from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and May 2025
• Available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - July 2025
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire.

Desirables

• Relevant internships or co-op experiences
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
• Industrial design talent
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
• Ability to balance many priorities
• Good social skills, both verbal and written.
