What the job involves

• Provide reactive and preventative maintenance to high-speed manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair process failures and breakdowns to optimize equipment performance.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent line performance and meet Business Unit targets.
• Utilize analytical tools for key performance indicator assessment and trend analysis.
• Execute routine safety checks and equipment calibration per scheduled timelines.
• Contribute to equipment installation and qualification processes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and new equipment projects.
