• Experience of the Employability services market, supply chain and suppliers
• Strong business development background in the UK Public Sector
• Excellent communication and networking skills

What the job involves

• Develop Market Engagement and Business Development Strategy to maximise our capabilities around Employability, Assessment Services, Fraud and Error and Automation.
• Originate opportunities aligned to these areas of our capability.
• Engage stakeholders across DWP, our supply chain, partners, and the wider market to enhance Capita's visibility and reputation.
• Develop core propositions around Employability, Fraud and Error, and Assessment services aligned to DWP requirements.
• Create a network of key stakeholders within the client, relevant suppliers, and internal Capita stakeholders.
