Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with multi-channel campaigns
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (especially WordPress), UX, and campaign analytics
- Experience in brand management and international companies preferred
- Ability to work in a small, multi-cultural environment and collaborate effectively

- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the Xelect brand
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns for the Xelect services
- Managing customer pipeline and negotiating contractual agreements
- Analyzing and optimizing multi-channel marketing activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams
- Contributing to brand management and guidelines adherence
