Day to day
- Research customer learning needs from support requests sales calls demos and community posts
- Create and publish engaging technical content for providers developers and technical teams building healthcare revenue cycle systems
- Build demo apps sample RCM tools blog posts tutorials explainer videos and other public-facing assets that explain Stedi's APIs and workflows
- Represent Stedi in videos online spaces and events while measuring content impact and iterating on what works
