Day to day
- Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including email social media and content marketing
- Maintain and update marketing databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content such as blog posts social media posts and email templates
- Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing activities including email marketing lead nurturing and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling meetings coordinating with vendors and handling other tasks
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events webinars and trade shows
- Prepare regular marketing reports analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
