Who you are

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier) and CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, lead scoring, and engagement strategies
  • Experience in building and optimizing automated workflows, email marketing, and campaign management
  • Data analysis and reporting experience using tools like HubSpot, PowerBI, or Excel
  • Experience in A/B testing and process optimization within marketing automation platforms
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle management, or related roles
  • Proven experience in data analysis, automation strategy, and campaign execution
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) related to marketing automation and CRM data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for company meetings, industry conferences, and related events



What the job involves

  • The Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Specialist will manage and optimize marketing automation systems, primarily HubSpot, to drive customer engagement and lead nurturing. This role focuses on automating marketing processes, improving lead generation, and ensuring integration of marketing strategies with sales, product, and adoption efforts. They will analyze lifecycle data, execute targeted campaigns, and refine workflows to enhance lead management and customer retention.
  • Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.
  • Oversee technical aspects of campaign execution, collaborate with marketing teams, and manage dynamic lead scoring models.
