Day to day
- Lead the transformation of customer-facing email and SMS communications into a centralized and scalable CRM platform.
- Own and optimize the Braze platform while building journeys across email SMS push in-app and emerging channels.
- Partner across Product Engineering Servicing Marketing Operations Brand and Creative to migrate communications preserve compliance and improve customer experience.
- Develop segmentation experimentation deliverability and reporting strategies that strengthen engagement conversion and business impact.
