What the job involves
Work collaboratively with the Marketing Communications team and other Retail colleagues to deliver an agreed data strategy and commercial objectives
Liaise with various marketing and product stakeholders on campaign requirements interrogating and understand their needs to be able to clearly identify the underlying data required to support them
Monitor and review Marketing data health and quality status Determine and agree with stakeholders the most appropriate metrics against which we will measure success
Support delivery of reporting requirements building the appropriate dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of all our comms
Where connections to data do not exist carry out the work required to extend our marketing data sets
