Role

What the job involves

Manage and enhance our digital marketing presence on all channels to maximise how we are reaching and growing our b2b audience. This means using Email LinkedIn Articles YouTube Spotify for Podcasters and Apple Podcasts.
Promote our new services increase brand awareness and drive member engagement
Create marketing strategies alongside senior leadership to align with overall business goals conduct market research and refine brand positioning and value proposition
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns ensure content creation for ads social media posts emails blogs and lead digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM and event planning
Lead and mentor a team of marketing contractors and collaborate with other departments manage marketing budget and resources and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and metrics.
Develop initiatives to enhance member engagement and retention stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative marketing approaches communicate marketing plans progress and results to internal and external stakeholders
