- Experience in Web3 crypto futures forex fintech or prediction markets
- Experience building and scaling marketing teams

- Strong knowledge of paid advertising affiliate marketing social media marketing email marketing SEO content marketing analytics reporting and CRO
- Experience managing agencies freelancers or remote teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Day to day
- Own and execute the global marketing vision strategy and growth roadmap for a fast-growing prop trading firm.
- Lead mentor and oversee the marketing team including internal staff external partners and agencies.
- Build scalable marketing systems run multi-channel campaigns analyze performance and optimize ROI using data.
