• Strong project and team management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset, with experience in unifying cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Understanding of publishing processes and channels, with the ability to “talk the talk” with marketing and community team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively and manage relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset, with experience making data-driven decisions and using organizational tools like Miro, Airtable, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Success working with remote co-workers and agencies in different time zones.
