Requirements
- Experience in Social Media Content Marketing Brand Marketing or Community Management
- Proven success growing accounts from scratch or scaling existing accounts
- Strong portfolio with measurable social media results
- Excellent understanding of Instagram trends formats and community behavior
- Strong knowledge of the UK market culture media landscape and dating scene
- Ability to activate local trends cultural moments holidays and events
- Native-level or fully fluent English with excellent copywriting skills
- Must be based in the UK ideally London
- Ability to brief designers and provide clear creative direction
- Comfortable representing the brand at events and activations
- Experience in dating lifestyle entertainment consumer apps or tech is a plus

Day to day
- Lead the launch and daily management of happn UK’s Instagram presence from scratch
- Build and execute a local social media strategy that grows engagement and brand relevance
- Create culturally sharp content including trends memes educational posts UGC ideas and local storytelling
- Act as the UK cultural voice by spotting trends events holidays and conversations for situational marketing
- Manage community interactions support activations brief designers and optimize performance based on results
