What the job involves

• Generating enquiries through cold outreach to suitable potential clients
• Handling inbound enquiries that come through the website
• Attending local networking events to build relationships
• Visiting local businesses to promote Who's Listening
• Creating pitch documents and proposals where required
• Managing positive relationships with potential clients via email WhatsApp telephone/Zoom and face-to-face meetings
• Completing outreach on behalf of clients using social media as them
• Maintaining accurate records of work through data collection and time logging
