Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field and 3-5 years relevant work experience in a marketing role.
Experience with direct marketing or lead generation marketing.
Ability to implement a consumer marketing strategy apply it to business goals track and report ROI and adapt plans based on market conditions financial environment and business changes.
Track record of managing multiple projects within a tight deadline environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work collaboratively internally and externally to create and execute annual integrated marketing plans for various products and campaigns.
Develop a deep understanding of business goals for various group verticals while aligning marketing strategies to drive results that meet those goals.
Facilitate direct marketing processes and implementations with a particular focus on direct mail digital and fulfillment.
Create effective messaging for products that is clear and efficient.
Provide in-depth market industry and competitive analysis.
Track and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop reporting to provide guidance for future marketing initiatives.
Manage project budgets and coordinate vendor invoices.
