What the job involves

  • Inform the marketing function to help GEHA meet or exceed growth goals by using best practices to identify market trends and targeting tools. Work with data and analytics stakeholders to assist the Marketing Campaign Performance Reporting & Insights Manager. Recommend ways to better prioritize markets, prospects, and reduce the marketing cost of acquisition.
  • Focus on informing the selection of large-scale direct to consumer marketing campaigns for acquisition and retention initiatives. Creatively use various data sources to provide insights and market intelligence to improve campaign results. Communicate and present findings to direct manager for share-out to all levels of management.
  • Own the Marketing Targeting and Insights road map and stay in-line with campaign schedules. Understand key campaign targeting segments for effective prioritization. Research and assess new data sources to fill the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for federal employees. Report on success of targeting tools including response, retention, and segmentation algorithms.
