What the job involves

• Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns within Marketo, including email, landing pages, and forms
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns aligning with overall marketing strategies
• Develop and manage nurturing and lifecycle programs to optimize customer conversion process
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with content, design, project management, and account teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing automation efforts
• Manage targeted email lists to improve engagement and conversion rates
