Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing e-commerce or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or online marketplace management
  • Experience with platforms such as Amazon BestBuy.com and Target Plus
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento or Adobe Commerce is a plus
  • Experience with marketplace integrations and middleware such as M2E Pro or M2E Mirakl Connect is a plus
  • Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in English additional languages are a plus

Day to day

  • Manage and maintain accurate product catalogs across marketplace channels, ensuring listings stay complete and current
  • Oversee daily marketplace operations including inventory monitoring order management and customer support to deliver a positive experience
  • Analyze monthly performance reports validate pricing and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to improve visibility and revenue
  • Support e-commerce and marketplace integrations including Mirakl-based channels while identifying strategic opportunities to boost sales
