Requirements
- At least BA in Computer Sciences or Information Systems or related fields
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Master Data Engineering
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, other stakeholders, Directors, and VP's
- No direct reports. Must be a team player, working with outside professional services team of 10 to 12 teammates
- Solid technical skills
- Ability to present information to the team effectively
- Understanding of Agile working environment

Day to day
- Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing
- Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs
- Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation
- Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion
