Who you are

  • Relevant qualifications: High diploma level in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or completion of an apprenticeship program
  • Proven experience in experience in M&E operations and maintenance, preferably in a mobile role
  • In-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different working environments
  • Computer literate (BMS, CMMS, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point etc)

Desirables

  • 18th edition electrical qualification
  • F-Gas 2079 qualification
  • Ability to work on AC systems



What the job involves

  • As a M&E Engineer, you will be an integral part of our service team, focused on delivering top-tier maintenance services on all M&E equipment. This role is mobile, predominantly within the Midlands, but might occasionally require traveling to other locations.
  • In this role you will work to SFG20 standards for planned preventative maintenance and have experience of mechanical/electrical plant room equipment- air handling units, pumps, motors, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, booster sets.
  • Our team of engineers modify electrical wiring system as and when required. We take the ownership of installation, maintenance and repair all electrical and mechanical systems under the contract.
  • The main purpose of the role is to ensure all plant equipment operates in its most efficient condition; support development of the asset replacement programme and assist management in energy savings initiatives through equipment operation and execution of energy saving projects.
