Who you are
- Relevant qualifications: High diploma level in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or completion of an apprenticeship program
- Proven experience in M&E operations and maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals
- A full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently
- Computer literate (BMS, CMMS, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point etc)
Desirables
- 18th edition electrical qualification
- F-Gas 2079 qualification
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for the inspection, operation, and maintenance of all equipment across a portfolio of buildings within the Midlands, UK.
- The role involves fault identification, communication, and providing solution recommendations.
- You will ensure all plant equipment operates efficiently, support asset replacement programs, and assist in energy savings initiatives.
