Who you are
Relevant qualifications: High diploma level in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or completion of an apprenticeship program
Proven experience in M&E operations and maintenance preferably in a mobile role
In-depth knowledge of maintenance fundamentals sufficient to service and repair
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
Ability to work independently and adapt to different working environments
Computer literate including BMS CMMS Word Excel Project PowerPoint
What the job involves
As a M&E Engineer you will be an integral part of our service team focused on delivering top-tier maintenance services on all M&E equipment
You will work to SFG20 standards for planned preventative maintenance and have experience of mechanical or electrical plant room equipment air handling units pumps motors pressurisation units expansion vessels booster sets
Modify electrical wiring systems as required
Responsible for installation maintenance and repair of all electrical and mechanical systems under the contract
Ensure all plant equipment operates efficiently
Support development of the asset replacement programme
Assist management in energy-saving initiatives through equipment operation and execution of energy saving projects
