Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in water wastewater or related industries
- Knowledge of treatment processes equipment selection and design principles
- Familiarity with CDM procurement and document control
- Strong communication teamwork and digital skills
- A proactive adaptable problem-solving mindset

Day to day
- Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
- Produce high-quality drawings reports calculations and schedules
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
- Work closely with project managers engineers JV partners and clients
- Review bids subcontractor designs and provide on-site technical support
- Mentor junior team members and help shape future talent
- Oversee budgets schedules and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
