Who you are

• Permanent resident of the UK
• Willing to attend site or client meetings in the UK, typically once a month
• At least four years’ experience in the building services industry
• Specific experience designing HVAC and PH services
• Able to lead the technical elements of projects
• Able to manage your own time effectively to meet deadlines

What the job involves

• You'll be mentored on how to prepare fee bids, manage a team, manage and allocate resources and maintain key relationships
• Take a lead role in designing and overseeing the installation of HVAC services on a variety of complex projects, across the UK
• You'll develop not just your technical skills but also your commercial awareness
• You'll enjoy working in partnership with architects, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers to push innovation within the built environment.
