Requirements

- Accredited honours degree or HNC with commitment to further education
- Experience across different sectors like Building Services Design, site surveys, and inspections
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail and pride in work
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Motivated with a 'Can do attitude'
- Passionate about design innovation
Nice to have
- Participate and contribute to HAZOP and LOPA
- Hold a DSEAR assessment
- Understand PED calculations and documentation
Day to day
- Produce mechanical documents like equipment specifications, schedules, and reports
- Perform pipework, ductwork, and equipment sizing calculations for various systems like LTHW, CHW, HWS, and more
- Calculate heating/cooling loads, and heat gain/loss profiles
