Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Required 3-5+ years of experience designing and developing projects from concept to completion
- Experience in HVAC Plumbing and Fire Protection design for commercial construction
- Experience preparing construction documents engineering reports and conducting field investigations
- Experience designing projects valued over $5 million in construction cost
- Must be able to prepare calculations technical reports drawings and specifications
- Detailed knowledge of general building construction and mechanical systems
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Revit experience

Day to day
- Design and develop HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial building projects
