Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited school
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
- 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience focused on building systems
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Expert-level knowledge of HVAC principles building codes regulations and industry standards
- Experience with controls electrical and plumbing systems is preferred
- Working knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and decarbonization design
- Proven experience with Bluebeam CAD Revit and load calculation software
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving abilities

Day to day
- Design ground-up and retrofit HVAC systems for diverse building projects
- Prepare modify and finalize engineering documents using Revit and AutoCAD while selecting equipment and materials for complex installations
- Lead technical analysis calculations and simulations support facility studies and collaborate with subconsultants vendors contractors and internal teams to deliver integrated project solutions
