Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
- Working toward or holding a Professional Engineering license
- Ability to travel as needed up to 20%
- Competency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Day to day
- Work closely with senior engineers and health system clients to shape long-term sustainability and decarbonization strategies.
- Evaluate existing facilities, audit MEP systems, and benchmark energy use to identify practical efficiency improvements.
- Develop ROI-focused energy conservation measures, prepare technical reports, and support implementation through construction meetings and commissioning.
