Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience preferably in automation
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and 2D drafting
- Strong troubleshooting skills across pneumatic hydraulic mechanical and basic electrical systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of manufacturing processes component selection and quality control
- Experience with document control systems such as SmarTeam
- Background in filling capping or packaging machinery is highly desirable
