Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of mechanical engineering experience preferably in automation
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and 2D drafting
- Strong troubleshooting skills in pneumatic hydraulic mechanical and basic electrical systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of manufacturing processes component selection and quality control procedures
- Experience with document control systems such as SmarTeam
- Background in filling capping or packaging machinery is highly desirable

Day to day
- Design mechanical parts and assemblies for industrial and food automation machinery using SolidWorks and engineering standards
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate 2D and 3D drawings for manufacturing and quality control
- Assemble and test prototypes while troubleshooting pneumatic hydraulic mechanical and basic electrical systems to validate performance
- Manage multiple projects independently and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality machines
