Requirements
- 5–10 years of mechanical engineering experience in life sciences healthcare institutional or mission-critical facility design
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD SpecLink and mechanical modeling tools
- Ability to independently produce P&IDs specifications and detailed engineering deliverables
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC hydronic systems process piping and clean utilities
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
- Lives in the North East USA

Day to day
- Design mechanical systems for complex regulated facility types across life science healthcare institutional commercial and mission-critical environments.
- Independently develop P&IDs perform load calculations size equipment and create detailed system models and documentation.
- Coordinate remotely across multiple disciplines review designs conduct field verification and support projects from concept through construction administration.
