Who you are

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Must graduate from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and May 2025 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - July 2025
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
• Motivated to drive improvements in a substantial environment
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly as appropriate for the topic and audience
• People who are results-oriented and able to work with little supervision who consistently take the initiative to get things done do things before being asked by others or necessary to by event

Desirables

• Experience in Mathcad/Matlab
• Experience in AutoCAD
• Experience in Robotic
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience with mechanical design projects or internships
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Familiarity with product testing and validation processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and specifications
• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems components and assemblies
• Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure product performance and reliability
