Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
Must graduate from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and May 2025 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - July 2025
Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
Motivated to drive improvements in a substantial environment
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly as appropriate for the topic and audience
People who are results-oriented and able to work with little supervision who consistently take the initiative to get things done do things before being asked by others or necessary to by event
Desirables
Experience in Mathcad/Matlab
Experience in AutoCAD
