Who you are

  • Bachelor or master’s degree within Marketing or similar level of education
  • Experience in marketing with solid understanding of regional media landscape and how different digital media channels work together
  • Up to date with latest trends and best practices on targeting creative optimization automation and attribution in digital marketing channels
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles with strong record of driving online sales growth
  • Skills in global marketing platforms such as Google DV360 Google Ads SA360 Facebook Ads and Google Analytics
  • Experience from agency side of media buying for global brands in an international context is preferable
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Experience in international multicultural and multifunctional environments is a merit

What the job involves

  • Lead up our digital media activation in a cluster of markets within the EMEA region.
  • Drive volume growth and support strategic targets such as increasing electric car and online sales.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing leaders and functional specialist teams to build a new operating model.
  • Ensure best in class digital media activation in the region.
  • Act as key sparring partner of the media agency for the region and approve day-to-day optimizations and channel budget splits.
  • Develop and execute test and learn initiatives with channel specialists.
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure optimal content delivery.
  • Investigate new regional digital media opportunities to support local market growth and brand building.
  • Ensure media activation aligns with media strategy and planning team guidelines.
