What the job involves

  • Create and implement communication plans and campaigns for workplace pension clients.
  • Engage in face-to-face activities with members to support engagement and LGIM's objectives.
  • Work with Workplace Member Communications team on multi-channel communication.
  • Coordinate with Client Relationship team and deliver face-to-face activities.
  • Use feedback and market knowledge to evolve communication plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of L&G DC pensions and stay updated on legislative developments.
  • Implement best practices for cost-effective and satisfactory communications.
  • Ensure fair treatment of customers in all activities.
